Early Bird Service Provider Rate - $325 | Regular Service Provider Registration Available March 18 - April 28, 2026 Use this registration if your primary job is to provide relocation services directly or indirectly to relocating employees or their employers. Regular Service Provider Rate - $425 | Corporate/HR Registration Available February 17 - April 28, 2026 Use this registration if you are employed by an organization that relocates employees and have a non-commercial interest in relocation. Corporate/HR Rate - FREE | Transition Registration Available February 17 - April 28, 2026 Use this registration if you are between positions in the mobility industry. Transition Rate - $150 |
2026 Midwest Relocation Conference Substitution and Cancellation Policy
We cannot offer refunds outside the Substitution/Cancellation policies detailed below. Please ensure all information is correct and you fully intend to make this purchase before processing any invoice or payment.
Substitution Policy MRC 2026
- Substitutions for persons registered for the meeting will be allowed at no charge through Thursday, April 30, 2026.
- After Thursday, April 30, 2026, substitutions will be subject to a $50 processing fee.
Cancellation Policy MRC 2026
- Registration cancellations received by April 3, 2026 will receive a full refund.
- Registration cancellations received between April 4-28 will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100 to cover our venue commitment.
- Absolutely no refunds after our venue guarantee date, April 28, 2026.
- We can accept substitutions and cancellations only by e-mail.
- We will process any refunds within ten working days following the Conference.
- Sponsorships cannot be canceled at any time and are non-refundable.
